Don’t Forget…
While making spooky pumpkin cookies, it’s important to remember to take as many taste breaks as possible. No, really. You can’t forget this step. There is no set rule as to how many tastes is considered socially acceptable. Just throw caution to the wind and go for it. I would also recommend that whatever candy you select to make those spooky faces be fall or Halloween-themed. For instance, I simply took a bag of regular colored peanut butter M&M’s, removed all the green and blue pieces, and ate them. All.
It’s up to you now, friends. You have all the knowledge necessary to go out and make spectacularly spooky Halloween-y cookies. If you’ve ever needed a reason to eat half a bag of peanut butter M&M’s, this is IT! Now, I let my kids loose with decorating and the result was, well, interesting. At the very least, it will give your kiddos something to do for ten minutes while you hide in the pantry with a glass of wine. Cheers!
